Shipping policy
US SHIPPING
We ship to all US states and territories.
We offer FREE Standard Shipping to domestic customers(US orders only and excludes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses) on orders totaling over $40 (before tax). Non-eligible WHOLE Display Unit products.
PROCESSING TIME
Order are processed in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays).
All orders will begin to process the same day or by the end of next business day.
*All orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.
DELIVERY TIME
-Standard Shipping
Standard Domestic Shipping rates will vary based on package weight and shipping address via USPS or UPS.
Rates will be shown during the checkout process on the Shipping Method screen, prior to payment.
Please allow 2 to 10 business days for your order to arrive depending on your location.
-Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping orders must be placed by 9 AM PST to start processing the same day(otherwise, your purchase will ship out the next business day)
and will arrive based on the transit time of the selected service.
-APO/FPO orders may take approximately 2 to 4 weeks for arrival.
TRACKING
When your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail from us.
The e-mail will contain shipment details and the tracking number and a link to the selected carrier site.
*Please allow 24 – 48 hours for the tracking information to show on the USPS website.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All shipping is automatically calculated based on the total weight of an order.
For international orders, processing and delivery times may vary. The customer is responsible for all customs.
USPS standard is the most affordable shipping method however you will not be able to track your order.
Expedited shipping is available to some countries. Tracking is available with this option.
GENERAL SHIPPING POLICY
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, insufficient address, abandoned package or refused package,
you are responsible for the original shipping and handling cost. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
